The mission of this committee is to spread the word to the membership about the importance and benefits of going green through their Reduce/Recycle/Reuse initiatives. The commitee is working on securing 4 Blue Flag beaches. Blue Flag is an internationally recognizable environmental certification.

The mission of this committee is to raise funds to provide local students the opportunity to pursue a business degree in Hotel & Tourism Management at the University of the Virgin Islands.

The mission of this committee is to develop a proactive mechanism that encourages greater grass roots involvement of members and promote a better understanding of the industry and its contributions to the local community. The committee also hopes to strengthen our political and social influence with a unified and consistent voice.

The mission of this committee is to increase the number of training hours offered to our employees as well as increase the number of local student integration in the Hospitality industry. The committee's initiatives include: USVI Culinary Team, Career Fairs, Summer Internship Program, Boys & Girls Club of the VI and the "Tommy Goes to School" newsletter.
