Coconut Coast Villas has been on St. John since 1991. It started out as one building with just five waterfront studios and expanded in the late 1990s to another building and a total of nine waterfront rooms.

The establishment has studios, two bedroom and three bedroom suites. Coconut Coast Villas is situated between an Audubon Wildlife Refuge on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other, creating the perfect location for relaxation by the sea, being in touch with nature and walking distance to Cruz Bay. They are known as a budget friendly option that is clean, cozy and has a distinct “Caribbean” feel being in a family neighborhood with a feel of “old St John.” Guests love to be right on the water, listening to the waves lapping on the pebble beach just outside their private balcony. The establishment provides all the usual staples of beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. All of their rooms have either a kitchenette or full kitchen. Their pool, hot tub and BBQ grill are waterfront with a beautiful view on a clear day of our neighbor island, St. Croix.

Dave and Julie, the current managers, live on site and are here to make your vacation relaxing and fun and will serve as your concierge to help you see all that the island has to offer. Dave and Julie hold Coconut Coast Villas in a special place in their hearts, as it was where their family stayed when they were married on Trunk Bay in November 2011. Julie had her sights on moving to St. John and they made that happen in 2013 and took over the management at Coconut Coast Villas!

Hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017 caused damage to the property, but it was minimal. They were able to house National park employees as early as October 2017 and officially reopened to all guests December 2017. Coconut Coast Villas has been a staple on St. John for many years and is looking forward to serving St. John visitors for many more.
