We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming Cassandra and Rae’Annic at Margaritaville Resort, and their contributions have been truly outstanding. Throughout their internship, they brought fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn. Whether supporting Guest Services, Housekeeping, or Activities, they consistently demonstrated professionalism and a team-oriented attitude.
 
The internship program not only offers students valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, but also provides our team with the opportunity to mentor and help shape the next generation of hospitality leaders. Cassandra and Rae’Annic have made a positive impact on our daily operations and the overall guest experience, and we are incredibly proud of all they have accomplished during their time with us.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Hotel Association’s Internship Program, which allowed us to house and mentor a talented group of interns, including a bell attendant, pastry cook, front desk agent, and HR intern.

Each student brought enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Throughout their time with us, they adapted quickly, contributed meaningfully to our operations, and truly became part of our team.

The program not only supported our staffing needs but also reaffirmed our commitment to developing the next generation of hospitality professionals. We look forward to continuing this valuable partnership in the future.

Bolongo Bay Beach Resort – Jessica Edwards

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Arianna and Tyeisha for their commitment, hard work, and eagerness to learn and connect with our guests and team throughout the summer. Their impressive work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitudes did not go unnoticed.

As a result, we are pleased to share that both Arianna and Tyeisha have been offered part-time positions and will officially join the team as Hostess/Server Assistants.

Mary Ann Boutique Hotel – Lyndsey Tyler

Destiny was very polite, professional, & dependable. She was willing to participate and complete any task asked of her – greeting guests, folding laundry, putting away dishes, doing marketing research, and more.

She was a pleasant addition to our team, and we really enjoyed getting to know her over the summer.
