The first ever Downtown Food Truck Event came to Main Street, St. Thomas Sept. 25. Downtown Revitalization Inc. invited residents and visitors to Main Street for an evening of food, entertainment and shopping.

Participating trucks included: Yum O’s Gelato, Sidewalk Grill Express, Hilarine Food Truck, Hot on the Spot, We Never Sleep Roti Bus and Armstrong Ice Cream. https://usvihta.com/dri-holds-food-truck-fete-on-st-thomas/ https://usvihta.com/dri-holds-food-truck-fete-on-st-thomas/First place was awarded to Sidewalk Grill Express, second to Hot on the Spot and third to Armstrong Ice Cream.

Island favorites Pipe Dreams, Flip Switch and the Rising Stars Steel Band performed live on stage. In addition, many stores stayed open late to accommodate attendees.
