Taste of the Farm Dining Experience
In addition to touring The Hideaway Farm, you can enjoy a full farm-to-table dining experience at The Hideaway where ingredients are grown on-site at The Hideaway Farm or locally sourced whenever possible. Our rotating menu is based on seasonal availability, guaranteeing the freshest selection of seafood and farm-grown vegetables. Our acclaimed Secret Garden cocktail, earned our in-house mixologist, Zoe Newbold, first prize in the 2023 USVI Crafted Cocktail Competition. Created with ingredients she foraged from The Hideaway Farm, Zoe is set to represent the USVI in Barbados in the upcoming Caribbean Craft Cocktail Competition this Spring! The Hideaway is a locally owned and operated business comprising the only beachfront farm, estate, and beach bar in the US Virgin Islands. Located at Hull Bay Beach on the tranquil Northside of St. Thomas, the property has been in operation since the 1970’s.
