Daniel Schaffer, CEO of the Foundation for Environmental Education, has recently participated in the United Nations Ocean Conference which was held in New York from June 5 to 9 June. Schaffer, attending in the capacity of a panelist, took part in fruitful discussions and presented the Foundation for Environmental Education and its programs while highlighting our commitment to Ocean Literacy worldwide.
The opening statement was given by Irina Bokova, UNESCO Director General.
