Meet 2014 Hotel Associate of the Year Ch’Koia Bryan of the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Beach Resort. Bryan was born and raised on St. Thomas, graduating from Antilles school and attending the University of the Virgin Islands. She worked at the Department of Tourism as a greeter and eventually held an internship position with the department. Bryan also loves to dance and is a member of the Caribbean Ritual Dance group. Bryan’s passion for tourism and amazing energy make her a true island ambassador.
Meet 2014 Retail Associate of the Year Dan Spottsville with Choice Wireless. Spottsville was born and raised in Okinawa, Japan. He has been in the telecommunication industry for five years. He is currently a sales executive for the retail and indirect channel department. Spottsville loves to be active. He enjoys working out, hiking trails and going to the beach. His interpersonal skills paired with his passion for outdoor activities make Spottsville a great resource for island visitors.
Meet 2014 Activity and Attraction Associate of the Year Jahmal Parris of Marriott Vacation Club at Frenchman’s Cove. Parris has worked in hospitality for over ten years and is currently a recreation host. He earned a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in marketing management. Parris has a wealth of experience in hospitality, making him an asset to the tourism industry.
